Did you look at the EU Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU. They have a guideline for it, Read Guideline H-04 It addresses wording in Annex I and Annex III of the PED < https://ec.europa.eu/docsroom/documents/41641/attachments/1/translations/en/renditions/native>
