Then probing and tripped there should be no error reported during deceleration as contact bounce may happen. Moving away is a little bit trickier, possibility to supress error if moving back same path as arrived to start point or shorter distance is probably a good choice.
If tripped then homing or jogging stop machine is probably a very good idea.
