The Emacs Tangents mailing list is like a wild party where we discuss
everything like if cat pictures should be considered legitimate
documentation. 

Meanwhile, Info Gnu Emacs is more like a library where you can quietly
read about the intricacies of Emacs without worrying about someone
showing up in a penguin suit doing the Macarena.
