If this really worked before, then the most likely culprit is that you've changed your PATH in the last two days or so. > make[1]: makeinfo: Command not found You should re-arrange your PATH that makeinfo can be found again or you need to change local.mk to like MAKEINFO=/full/path/to/makeinfo so that it can be executed even if not found in path.
