It works as advertised for me. I copy and pasted your PROPERTY line and ran interactively and then exported. Oh yes, I did C-c C-c. I am running Org-mode version 8.2.5h (release_8.2.5h-757-gc444e4 @ ... I tried with and without :session with same results. HTH, Chuck
