The following page still exists on the website: http://orgmode.org/manual/Export-options.html Its title is "12.2 Export options" and the "Up" navigation link (http://orgmode.org/manual/Exporting.html#Exporting) on the page leads to the "Exporting" page (section 12) of the current manual.
