[O] BUG: Text in single quotes not recognized by markup

Hi,

the text ='t'= is not recognized as code. Other markup doesn't work
either. If the quotes are in the middle (e.g. =foo'bar=) it is properly
recognized.

I'm using org-mode 7.7 pulled today from git.
