Hi, I am practising running and I would like to see how orgmode could help in tracking my progress. I am pretty sure I am not alone thus my question.
Currentyl I am using a stupid physical notebook which is good for instant results but does not fit well when I want see plots for example ;) What I am writting down onto the paper is this: 1. date/time 2. duracy 3. distance 4. weather 5. heartrate (both max and average) 6. session type 7. pace I can even recover data directly from my watch in a text format. This could be useful to see changes in my heartbeat, my pace so on and get a plot of all of this. Any idea how to this efficiently ? Thank you Xavier
