There *was* a "full" manual which, I believe, was written by Carsten when he implemented the beamer support. However, it was deleted in favour of the tutorial you have found already. From the git log: : 8bc191b 2010-07-07 : Deleted obsolete beamer guide and added a link to the org beamer manual : to Eric's tutorial. I have a feeling that between my tutorial and the actual org manual section on beamer, you have everything you should need... at least to get started!
