Is there a way to load macros from another file? The "include" command doesn't seeem to work. For example, the following does *not* work.
macro.org:
#+MACRO: hello Hello world
and include.org:
#+INCLUDE: "./macro.org"
{{{hello}}}
I'm using org-mode 7.01g.
