Hello,
It looks like the delete-directory bug was fixed, but
on emacs 23.2 at least, (delete-file) only takes one
argument, so org-babel-remove-temporary-directory is still
throwing an error in my case, since we have:
(delete-file file nil)

The second argument to `delete-directory' ensures that subdirectories
are recursively deleted. Are you using a different version of Emacs
(maybe XEmacs?) in which `delete-directory' accepts a different number
of arguments?
