Hello, In an org buffer with the following:
1. one - another one| 2. two 3. tree Place the point at | and M-left, the point will no longer at |. I think this is due to org-fix-bullet-type which restores point position by column. But org-fix-bullet-type could insert different length of text depending on the list item type (ie - or 1. or 1)).
