The problem is to classify buffers as trusted or as not trusted. I am against of autoloading of babel languages for arbitrary files. Of course, it is convenient to have everything enabled for own files (but how to determine it).

There was a discussion of marking specific paths as safe on this list as well.

Actually I consider `org-babel-load-languages' as a kind of useful kill-switch to avoid accidental evaluation of code.
