Yes, exactly. Using https://www.gnu.org/software/emacs/manual.css
directly is intentional so that we don't have to worry about updates.

I can see how convenient this seem to be on the surface, but downtimes on gnu.org do happen (here
another one[0]) and not being able to access the orgmode documentation is IMO a worse deal for
users. I didn't carefully check the code but it looks like the "manual.css" includes
"gnu.org/style.css" and that's all.
Unfortunately I don't have time to support the project (beside a monthly donation) so all I can
contribute at this time is reporting this issue.
