Something strange happens when trying to set the following as a speed command:
("c" . rot13-region)In my customized Emacs, a warning appears. In Emacs -q, first it doesn't do anything if no region is active. Then, it affects a headline where there is not the point, and this happens without needing to have a region active. Best regards.
