I have set `org-log-reschedule` to `'note`. When calling
`org-agenda-do-date-later` or `org-agenda-do-date-earlier` in *Org Agenda*
buffer, `org-log-reschedule` gets ignored.
I would expect that *Org Note* buffer pops-up to insert a note.
