I would do that with a "tags-todo" entry: <org-agenda-custom-commands_settings> ((agenda "" (tags-todo "-SCHEDULED={.}-DEADLINE={.}/TODO"))) </org-agenda-custom-commands_settings> The "/TODO" is to list open todos only, don't set it if you also want to see your scheduled items that are now closed.
