- Fast (single-key-per-tag) interface for setting TAGS.
I was getting tired of typing tags, so there is a new,
very efficient interface coupled to the C-c C-c key. You
need to configure and activate it - see the Manual section
about Tags.
- The list of legal tags can be configured globally and locally.
To give you more control and to keep the list of tags from growing
to much. See the manual section about Tags.
- Elisp and Info links.

- `org-export-publishing-directory' can be an alist, with different
directories for different export types.

- All context-sensitive commands use `call-interactively' to dispatch.
To make life easier for Raman, and because it is cleaner this way.
- `org-confirm-shell-links' renamed to
`org-confirm-shell-link-function'.
