I think the point raised here is to run tests in parallel within a `ExUnit.Case`. As mentioned in the docs:
The individual tests within each test case are still run serially. This article <https://medium.com/whatnot-engineering/running-all-the-tests-at-once-we-can-do-it-5b297f60f5e9> uses a workaround to make this happen by generating one module per test, but it shows some nice speedups in their example (from 460s (async) to 70s).
