Well I'd start with answering this<https://answers.launchpad.net/granite/+question/218277>question and then going through the files and making sure the headers are all LGPL(and check with the autors of the ones which are not, to be really sure), as well as changing the COPYING File which right now is still GPL. So it mainly is a task that needs a bit of time
