I'm guessing the Bazaar Explorer is much like a separate app, but
technically part of Euclide and that's why it needs its own app menu?
Does it appear in the dock by itself?
A side-by-side screenshot of both might be helpful here to get a better
idea how it works.
I'm with Dan on the general stance that a utility window shouldn't need
an app menu most of the time, but in this case it's unclear how it
works. If it basically is a separate tool, you might want to go the
whole way and make it a separate launcher + binary.
