Page 58 of the current manual: CONFIG: PWR SET If set to NOR, the power level on each band follows the present setting of the PWR control. If set to PER-BAND, the power level is saved on each band. This is especially useful with external amplifiers that have varying per-band gain, as well as with transverters. (See transmit ALC discussion on page 75.) Tap 1 to LOCK or UNLOCK (default) all power-related controls (MIC, CMP, PWR).
