Yes.  Quite easy.  Insert a small jeweler's screwdriver or an Xacto blade
under the curved metal piece to unlock it from the front of the plastic
housing.  Then push it out the back with another small screwdriver blade.
If the wire is still attached you can simply pull on that once the front lip
is released.
