Phil - Yes. Office 2010 Beta has been available for a while. I'm not certain if it still is available for download. It may have just gone to Release Candidate (RC) mode.
However as I understand buyers 'may' be in a period or soon be in a period where a purchase of Office 2007 qualifies for an automatic upgrade to Office 2010.
