I've seen several of those SDR-IQ videos and they all show a huge amount of 
"grass" jumping around. I use the LP-PAN with PowerSDR-IF and see none of 
that grass. I can see signals as weak or sometimes weaker than I can copy. 
Does Spectragram or Spectravue (whatever is used) offer a way to smooth 
things out?
