Hi David, I don't know if treadmills are FCC Part 15 devices. I have not found the FCC statement in the manual for the treadmill I ordered. Part 15 devices are allowed to radiate as long as someone doesn't complain of the RFI to a licensed service. If that happens try to convince your neighbor that it is illegal to operate his plasma TV.
