I have an older Pro Set K2 which I 'm quite certain has a Heil HC5 element in it. I noticed the new one has a iC element. I dont think there is anything special about it other than the mic adapter is wired for the Elecraft front panel, otherwise it's a Pro Set. On the K3, you can plug the mic/headset connectors directly in the back without an adapter.
