TS-830 was the best radio ever built by Kenwood but the best feature it had was the TX speech processor which was the most efficient in its class,it made the radio sound like a KW and with a pure punchy clean audio.

It can even have a bandscope WOW, amazing for a $500 dollar radio thats so old. Bye golly by gosh you will even be able to fix it, and it has all the right "numbers" on both RX and TX.
