Don't worry - we're really good at trimming the pile of requested features down to the core group we release the product with. We will not overload the P3 with a plethora of fringe features.
Guys - Let's calm down the discussion on the P3 features a bit. We certainly do still want to hear all of your suggestions, but please do not argue back and forth on the merits of any suggestion, regardless of how off center it might be. We'll do that internally here :-) Also, please do not assume that anything is totally set in concrete. We're making a lot of fine tuned adjustments to the design based on feedback received so far. We are very focused on getting the P3 out the door this year and are making sure creeping elegance doesn't push its release out past the 2012 elections.. Also, we can't answer every query on the P3 right now. We're very busy both working on it and on our other near term projects like the latest K3 f/w release, the W2 release and the K144XV release. We'll post more on the P3 as we have time an its feature set firms up. And have no fear, we're not going to add 'wallpaper' backgrounds to the P3 display ;-) 73, Eric WA6HHQ --- R.
