Lyle, I've never seriously used an FT10000, but this analysis of APF sounds just about how I used the dual bandwidth setup in STAR. The only thing that's missing from the K3 is the variable-dB depth, and sounds like that's what Brett would like, too. Bill
I'd rather see a menu setting in menu probably even rather than config that allows one to set the focus BW and then use the width knob to set the width of the wider skirts.
