That is taken care of automatically.  If both the KAT2 and the KPA100 
are detected, the KAT2 is set to ANT1 and cannot be changed until the 
KPA100 is removed.
Of course, if both the KPA100 and KAT100 are connected to a K2 having 
the KAT2 also, the ANT1/2 switch works, but it refers to the antenna 
jacks on the KAT100 - the KAT2 will still be set to ANT1.

What all this means is that you connect the RF Path from the K2 to the 
KPA100 at the ANT1 jack.
