Sorry James. No it isn't. At the moment the stream of decoded characters is sent mixed up with the replies to commands sent by the programs like HRD, and would probably cause the programs to crash. So what you are asking for isn't possible at the moment. Wayne has promised a command that will allow programs to get the decoded text in a controlled manner, but I don't think he has implemented it yet.
