This sounds familiar to me. I had the same problem. The problem was that C6 was not correctly installed. C6 should be between pin 1 and 3 of J15. I had it installed between pin 2 and 3. See p59 of the owners manual and the schematic of the RF board sht 3. Hope this helps.
