Basically, "CONFIG:PWR SET" = "Per Band".

If you have different amplifiers (or no amplifier) between bands, it is
really helpful to make sure that you don't overdrive (and possibly blow
up) an amplifier when you quickly switch bands. I know the modes seem
to be automatically remembered per band, at least the difference between
