Hello,
The other week I took my K2 out onto the Appalachian Trail in PA.
I was using a vertical and a 140 foot doublet with 450 ohm ladder line. It
was a little windy that day. I walked away for a little while and I found my
K2 laying upside down on the hard surface. The wind kicked up and moved the
ladder line in a way that pulled the K2 off my portable table.
Talked to Gary de AB7My at Elecraft. I did a re-alignment and to my
surprise nothing was off.
The K2 is like a Timex. "Takes a licking and keeps on ticking."
