I do not know if you have Gelnn's phone number, but it is 410-272-9110. I purchased an interface cable from him at Dayton for the K3 and also purchased a RigExpert SD from him two years ago and have always received great service and call backs within 24 hours and even on weekends when I called, ih his defence.
