Interestingly, while I'm running 1.1.1.28, that program and, apparently therefore the display on the K3, thinks "a newer K3 Utility Program is available".

There are reliability improvements for some USB to Serial Adapter issues and a bug fix to save/restore config in the newer K3 Utility version, so we are encouraging people to move forward there as well. 1.1.3.6 was announced a bit too soon. The most recent public version of the K3 Utility is 1.1.2.28, the one you have. 1.1.3.6 is still in field test.
