Charles, They make some pretty fantastic hearing aids these days. A pair I priced a year ago used Bluetooth technology so one device could talk to the other device this giving very good spacial sound. DSP and Notch Filtering. No Kidding. You could set them up for stereo, mono, front, left/right or back.
I did not see a place to plug in a mic or key. The price? Two K3s loaded! I passed and went home and started using a Dixie cup as a hearing aid. Saved my money for one real K3.
