I believe that would have to be done with the IF filter alignment CAL FIL. With Spectrogram or similar, you can observe not only the center of the passband, but you can compare the filter slopes. There will be some difference between the upper and lower slopes, especially at wider bandwidth settings, but you should be able to achieve an acceptable compromise.
