I belong to FISTS, SKCC, QRPARC and others. I have no problem with QSOing someone who doesn't have a "number" or isn't a member! Some of the guys are strictly number collectors and some will try to have a 'rag chewing" type QSO with you. I strictly leave it to the other guy, what ever is his "thing". Have run into many interesting poeple with more conversation than RST, QTH and numbers though.
