If it's just a small bit of surface rust - try a little coca-cola on a 'Q-Tip'. Then rinse with clean water and follow up with an alcohol swab. The Coke has just enough Phosphoric acid to be effective and after the water swab rinse - the alcohol will dry it better than a paper towel to keep it from re-rusting. A dab of WD-40 on a 'Q'-Tip will prevent further rust if it won't affect anything else. AL WA6VNN
