If you are interested in collecting some Europeans on 40m during the EQP,
7040 kHz plus minus is usually well occupied by Eu RTTY, Letter stations, an
ITU beacon and sometimes SSB. I would suggest 7020 kHz to 7032 kHz to be a
better bet.
