Hi, I recently bought K24U. I have the following problems:
-the VFO adjustment doesn’t work not by pushing the buttons or by using the scroll bar. -I think the the RIT>VFO button doesn’t work. -The band selection does strange things. -The Amp selection prefers to be in the ‘off” position. I received an e-mail from the maker of K24U (Jerry) with some questions concerning my computer and I gave him the following answers: The OS of my computer is Windows 2000 Service Pack 4. I throw away all my old computers and the other one I have only has USB ports. I have no transverters installed. In all cases that go wrong there is communication between the computer and the K2 but no action. I un- and re installed the software. I used another com port. The problems are still the same.
