Thanks for the input on my problem. I reviewed forums etc. and this is a very common problem. The K3 Utility allows me to easily control the RF Power, Comp & Monitor without a problem. I built this transceiver and there is no way I am going to tear the front panel down to change the encoder. It is too invasive for this 82 year old chap.
