Some ideas.

Were these at antenna feedpoints, and wound according to my 2018 Cookbook? They are an important contributor to minimizing interstation interference.

Might there be passive intermod present and creating these products?

Are you running power amps (for my money, a turn in the punchbowl on FD)? Most generate significant second harmonic, and in W6GJB's county activation trailer, we run KPA500's in two stations. Double stubs ideally placed along the transmission lines to the lower frequency band are required on 80 and 40 CW to kill those harmonics.

This a slide deck for a talk I did at Visalia several years ago that collects all of the factors I could think of that affect multi-tranmsmitter stations.
