I'm trying to download the K3 Utility, primarily to edit the Power-on Banner in a K3 I received from a Silent Key. When I click on the " K3 Utility (Windows Version 1.24.10.25) " I get a security warning and can't proceed. Going further shows a CRDOWNLOADS file, which isn't obvious how or whether to try to open it. What's the trick?
