You mean K144XV, if it is internal, and for the K3.
The circuit diagram is on the last two pages of
<https://ftp.elecraft.com/K3/Manuals%20Downloads/K3_Schematics_Jun_2010.pdf>,
but the programming connector seems to be a six pin header, not a jack.
