Things to check:
Pins if not gold
D25 and other pin diodes in the QSK circuit.
The several push function knob circuits, a stuck knob causes very strange 
issues depending on what is stuck.
Yes, the internal push in coax jumpers.  Reset them all.

After that just normal troubleshooting, checking  all internal power circuits 
first.
