Conditions were passable to poor. QSB from S1 to S5 or ESP to S6 on
both bands. Storm noise was higher on 40 meters.
On 14050.5 kHz at 2200z:

On 7047.5 kHz at 0000z:

These are bagpipes. I understand the inventor of the bagpipes was
inspired when he saw a man carrying an indignant, asthmatic pig under
his arm. Unfortunately, the man-made sound never equaled the purity of
the sound achieved by the pig.
