That which works fine at 100 watts might not work fine at 500. There have been several examples of that here in the past.  I suggest checking your KPA500 into a decent dummy load (shortest connection possible) before assuming it has gone bad.

That being said, if it is indeed the amp I'd look at capacitors first, especially any that are used on all of the bands.

Yes, the antennas check out fine for 160 and 80.
Good measurement numbers and working fine directly from the K3.
